The BBB rating of "F" stands for what you'll be screaming once you see the work they do.
I just finished a list of what they failed to do. They ignored some of our requests and left most of the bathrooms with either soap scum or unattended at all. We had the pleasure of having 1 person for whom it was her 2nd day on the job, and the other was a few days from delivering (which made us wonder if the chemicals were ok for her or the baby).
If per chance (or bad luck) you still go with them, make sure your walk-through at the end is very thorough, and make them redo it. We simply assumed is was ok, just because we never had this much of an awful result.
