1 day delivery takes 4 days, and they didn't actually deliver... left a note in the mailbox that says delivery was attempted but the doorbell didn't ring, there was no knock on the door. I stayed here waiting for the delivery... didn't leave the house. A**holes. And this isn't the first time they didn't deliver. Purolator SUCKS! I would give a no stars rating but it forces me to rate it at least 1/2...
It gets better... after calling their 1-888-SHIP123 line I was told they won't reattempt delivery until tomorrow and I can't pick up from the depot until after 6pm... I am NOT happy!
