Horrible, Horrible, Horrible
I made a purchase at the Brick, Weston Road for a Sofa on February 9, 2011. I was advised by the sales rep that the delivery will be on February 16. I called on the 16th to find out what was happening with my delivery since I had been at home awaiting such. I spoke with a K who was very impolite. I spoke with K and said to her "But I was told my order would be here this week" Her response was "I wasn't the one who told you that." I said to her "why are you giving me such a bad attitude?" (based on her tone and speech). Her response was "because you are asking me a question I can't answer." I have worked in customer service long enough to know that there can be no justification for treating customers unkindly. This is my first purchase from the Brick and thus far I am not impressed. She went on to inform me that my sofa would not be available before the 26th, the day of my house warming event.
On the purchase day, my husband and I walked around for over 15 mins looking for assistance. We asked a few 'workers' who responded that that was not their area and we would just have to stick around for a while. Finally someone tried to help us, but only to be told that it may be best if we came back later in the day, what an INCONVENIENCE.
