Demark home replaced my old furnace and air conditioning units last week and I highly recommend their services. When I contacted them I spoke to a very pleasant lady, who was able to address all my questions about the equipment, efficiency level needed for my home, brands, pricing and the installation process. She then sent me copy of terms and conditions for the rental agreement with all the brochures which was very professional of them since most companies wouldn’t do it and then you end up with crazy charges. I was pleased with the T’s and C’s and their promises and guarantees and went ahead with the installation. Their techs were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a very neat and clean job installing new equipment. Moreover its only been a week after the installation but I already received all the documents for my rebates. I have to say demark home works very efficiently! I am very satisfied with their work!
