After we were seated the same guy in a scarf came around and asked us if we would like anything to drink until our server comes? I caught him looking down my girl friends shirt. He didn't stop looking until she looked up as well. In the back the ceiling has some windows that were fully broken and left that way; and there was an uncomfortable breeze. We asked to be moved. With some hesitation they moved us. Food took an hour. There were only two other tables with people. A single guy and another couple. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN
