A service tech came to my house and identified a failed electric motor on my a/c unit for a $65 charge. He took my almost new blower and the motor away and then quoted an unrealistic amount to replace and when I chose to replace the whole unit rather than repair the motor he gave me an even more unrealistic and outrageous price to bring back my pieces. I reported this to the Oakville store (if there actually is a store) and that I was threatening to call the police and that is what he said to do! Shameful to say the very least. My new service provider suggested it is a scam! So buyer beware - avoid this company.
