I want to express the exceptional prompt service and high quality work I have received
over the past 6 years visiting Master Mechanic at the 16 Orfus Rd. location.
Tony Siciliano is the hands on owner and is there everyday.
Tony is outstanding, very personable, professional and accommodating,
Same to be said of his qualified mechanic staff.
When ever I've had a problem or issue with my vehicle, Tony has been able to explain
everything to me in an understandable manner. If work wasn't necessary he has told me so
up front, and explained why. Very honest person.
This is coming from a daughter of a retired mechanic. (my father)
My experience with Tony and his mechanic staff has always been superb.
When repair is done, don't have to go back, done right the first time.
Tony's shop is very clean, from the receiving area to the washroom.
His garage area where work is done on your car is extremely clean. (Above all)
