Please Do Not Go Here - unless you...

I found a lack of general customer relations and a general condescending manner was undertaken at the fitting of my glasses. Furthermore, issues were not taken care of and the owner, Jim McLean, did not take responsibilities over the issue of my frames peeling on the arms. And I quote, he was doing me a favour by replacing the same lenses to the same model glasses (which have been taken off the shelves of a couple of optical stores, as a result of similar experiences and poor quality) and in addition, he would charge me $12 "for his services". What services?? Popping out the lenses and putting them into another frame, of which I can do myself? NO thank you.

Pathetic services, of which I ask ... "Could you not forgo the $12 yourself and take the responsibility that you sold me a faulty pair of glasses and fix the issue instead of getting me incredibly upset?"

Like I said ... poor services here.
