The salesman failed to provide me with some important information and the agreement wasn't clear. When I received a new agreement (two weeks later), I realized there was a problem. When I tried to resolve it, I was met with bully and strong arm tactics. No discussion, no assuming of responsibility. I have never been treated by any salesman like that before in my life. I thought Budd's had more class. These people just put the "sleeze" in car salesmen.
