Pathetic attitude of waiter (SAM V)

Went to Square One branch tonight (Date July 19 2013, Check # 1588747, receipt code: 47917129700). Everything was well until the server named SAM V showed pathetic behavior. After we payed the bill (with 15% tip), she totally changed her attitude and did not get us a glass ofwater requested. After waiting for 15 minutes, she sent another server to get us water, who again gave us vague reason stating she doesn't know why the bar doesn't have water. Jack Astor must definitely do better at recruiting waiters to keep their good will. Disappointed with this unethical behavior of Sam.
