Attrell Toyota is one of the Attrell car dealerships at Brampton, they have dealerships for most car manufacturers. They make you feel welcome to the dealership, are kind, courteous and knowledgeable. What makes them different is the Product Specialists on the sales team in my case Mr Bilal Aslam. He made recommendations based on my needs and not on a standard fixed sales pitch that you get at most dealerships. As a new immigrant and first time car buyer in Canada, he accommodated many issues I had procuring finance, made sure that I clearly understood all details and was completely satisfied in all aspects. He was genuinely concerned with issues I had, went the extra mile to resolve them to the extent of coming in on a day off rather than handling them off to a colleague. Their finance team especially Mr. Hammad Bahadur was good at helping me procure a loan on my terms.
Attrell has a huge stock and you usually (I did) get the model and colour then and there. Sales are pleasant and they are willing to negotiate price without stress. There were no surprise fees (things like Oh that is obvious in Canada) or charges at delivery. Rather they took care of a few minor costs out of courtesy. Their team has been here for years some employees even working since 2 decades.
