Metcap is a slum lord run company that HATES when people DARE TO COMPLAIN,They refuse to deal with my problems and now have served me with a eviction notice,lol cause I am complaining and it is "INTERFERING" with other tenants rights to reasonable enjoyment.yest my problems are causeing the same thing for me,but since I am a WHITE MALE these racist refuse to fix them,well they will never get a penny of rent out of me again and I am now going to make them take me to the tribunal for the next 2 years,i know how to milk the system and see how they like not getting rent for 2 years,lol
