I tried to return a chain my husband purchased for Christmas for me. He bought a pendant, earrings, ring and chain. He told the sales lady(the owners wife) the chain looks small and the ring will have to be resized once I receive the gifts. She assured him I could get the ring resized at no extra cost and the chain could be returned if it is not suitable. I tried to returned the chain last night. But the sales lady said it was now damaged and not in the same condition it was sold in. I never even tried the chain on, it is a 16" and I know they do not fit me, plus the lock was off, it had fallen off even before I open the box, it was off when I took it out of the box. They were very rude, very very difficult to deal with. It was a waste of a trip and the now I have to try to get my money back thru Visa or contacting headoffice. Please do not shop at that location, it is a rip off.
