Swapped my all season tires for my snow tires and completed an oil change on my 2012 Prius.
Fast, friendly, efficient service. Shuttled me to and from my office. Picked up my bonus Toyota duffel bag at same time. When I paid, my oil change was cheaper than quoted! When asked, I was told it was done to be competitive! :) My car is always washed on the outside when I return to pick it up.
My only complaint? Toyota shuts off my lights! I leave them on Auto and they shut off the lights every time I take my vehicle in. I wish they would leave them on or turn them back on to the 'auto' setting!!!
