I called several numbers for different plumbing companies yesterday. Not one answered or returned my call...but lucky, I called Mr Rooter, got a live person taking my call, told her about my problem with 2 toilets having issues. She (Moreblessing) was very pleasant, and advised me that someone will be able to come and provide me an estimate the same evening. Minutes later she called back and apparently there was an opening available in the next hour! That was great news! Will came in and he knew exactly what the problem is and recommended a feasible solution, provided me with an estimate. Will was friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done without any hassle. Usually you dread calling a serviceman, as sometimes we get those who seemed to just want to take advantage of the situation and charge you the maximum possible. Will was very understanding, kind, and experienced in his field. Thank you Will, will be recommending you to all my family and friends.
