I'm sure that money needs to be part of the conversation and that more often than not it is a disappointing or at least uncomfortable aspect that the staff need to deal with on a daily basis. Money is not a huge issue and certainly not something to be quibbled about where my dogs are concerned. I never doubted that I was dealing with experts, but I also never felt as though I was getting any compassion or bed side manner.The feedback and treatment options were focused around money. Once money was taken out of the discussion I felt that was seen as a license to print it.

I was skeptical when my grand children were first enrolled. I thought it best they went further south to take advantage of some of the older institutions if a private education was necessary. I could not have been more incorrect. I have enjoyed watching the academic success of my grandchildren and appreciate them achieving this while staying close to their home. The old-fashioned values have not been forgotten while they have truly embraced the international learning model of the baccalaureate. As a result I believe Barrie to be officially much more than a bedroom community.

Caregivers they most certainly are, professionals definitely. I happily travel up from Woodbridge to use their services regularly. I also have a Yorkie, in fact two. The largest of which is 8 pounds. They adore their visits and when I collect them they are happy, clean and well cared for. I especially appreciate the feedback I get from all the caregivers and the honesty about my pets stay with them. I find its extremely good value and could not take Max and Molly anywhere other than The Royal Pets Hotel in Barrie.
