I am a tenant on that building, and we have had problems since day one we rented. I'm counting the days this lease contract finishes so I can move to another building/townhouse. Avoid renting on this building. Some of the problems: - Not well isolated (you hear noises from other suites - Cockroaches (we have put our unit on pest control 3 times). Issue hasn't been resolved so far. -1 elevator out of 3 working. Waiting time is 10 min -Dirty common areasnnnn
