We purchased an engagement ring, paid for it and during sizing the store switched the ring to one of lesser quality (1000$ less, as we had it appraised). Do not trust this store. Rude owner refused to reimburse us. We will now have to pursue in court.

Although I was told to bring pictures, the salesgirl who was responsible didn't ask for them and instead pointed at the rack of ivory dresses and told me to pick the ones I wanted (how she expected me to determine what I want from a rack crammed with taffeta I don't know)and when I gave her the pictures, she told me that none of the dresses that I selected (4) were in stock. She did not speak English and when other salesgirls spoke to her in English, she nodded but clearly didn't understand. The dressing rooms are very small and uncomfortable and have signs in them that encourage you to tip your salesgirl. The chairs for guests to sit in are actually chained together (do they fear that my bridal party will steal their chairs?) and there was no bathroom onsite.
