On this particular trip, (Kitchener to Ottawa March 17, 2013) the bus driver decided that my children could not remove their baggage at the west end dropoff point even though they were getting out there. He claimed that they should not have put their baggage in the area for Ottawa - that in fact this was Kanata (part of Ottawa). We wasted an hour driving to Catherine street and back after their 6 hour journey because the driver was a complete idiot. I contacted Greyhound customer service but I guess they didn't feel it was important enough to respond. DO NOT TAKE GREYHOUND.
