Poor cleaning and Mostly upselling
Machines used are nothing more than what you rent at the grocery store. My carpets had stains and they kept trying to upsell scrubbing. Actually left a huge stain from their machine. I called to say the service was poor. The person said they would come back and redo. this was not going to happen, I had to hand scrub the stain they left. Stairs were poorly cleaned and they left marks all over walls which were freshly painted. Poor service and bad cleaning. Would not recommend even if they would come back

If a client is not completely satisfied, we do come out once more free of charge to go over any areas of concern. And of course if there was any damage caused by our Technicians, we would be happy to fix it. We want to leave your home cleaner and healthier than when we got there, and of course with no damage!
