I echo the rest of the web: Mike is excellent and provided amazing customer service. For me, he set the gold standard for home inspections and hopefully others will take note!

We needed a WETT inspection of our wood fireplace in advance of listing our home. Mike responded immediately, was flexible with time/day and readily available. He was thorough in his inspection, included me in the process, answered my questions. I was impressed that he set expectations up front and detailed what I'd receive as our inspection package.

And I love how he put the info together as a self-contained email with PDFs (great details, pictures!); it's so convenient to be able to forward this to our agent or anyone else who needs to see it with one click. Stellar! His rate was also very reasonable -- given the quality report and service you receive, he's more than worth it!
