A client asked our company owner... "why does Mermaid only post wedding pictures, don't you offer many services?"
To answer this question Joe: Mermaid is a wedding company! Mermaid proudly completed 634 FULL WEDDINGS requests during the 2010 season and 2,568 small wedding transfers.
My company is scheduled to compete over 725 Full weddings for the 2011 season and over 4,000 small wedding transfers.
Wedding's is what I built my success and company around. We love weddings at Mermaid but offer many other services.

Hello Mermaid!
Recently we made a booking with your office for a golf group to and from the Buffalo Airport. From the time we initiated the bookings with your office until we were dropped off at the end of our trip, I just want to say the service was incredible.
The office staff was very pleasant to deal with including several changes that had to be made due to the weather conditions. The driver taking us to the Airport, Jim was very good to deal with; very courteous and right on time! The driver meeting us at the Buffalo airport, Howie was there to meet us (again right on time), helped us with our bags and again, extremely good to deal with; especially with the poor weather conditions he had to drive in.
This was the first time I have booked with Mermaid but certainly not the last. Our entire group was extremely pleased with the level of service received along with the reasonable rates.

Just a note to thank you for sending us Carlo on July 24. While we endured the “weather from HELL” – Carlo was a God send.
He was fantastic with us and I will always remember what an important role he played on that memorable day. He made a very difficult day (the rain) so much better with his never ending patience and endurance.
You should take a lot of pride in knowing that you have employees of Carlo’s caliber available to you and you should be very proud of how well he represented your company.
He is truly one of a kind and we will never forget him.

Hi Mr. Mermaid,
We had Gord as our driver for our daughter Kristen Johnston (now Meehan) Wedding on Feb. 26 at Burlington Golf & Country Club. He was fantastic; he had a great positive attitude. We had a big snowstorm that night & he was very helpful in helping people from the limo to their door in all the blowing snow.
Gord helped to make our daughters big day even more enjoyable!

I was wondering if you could forward this email off to Gabby. We used your limo service once again this time for my mom's wedding. We have also used you for my wedding, stag and doe, my sister's graduation, and numerous airport runs. We have had some okay driver's and some great drivers.
I would like to commend our driver this past Saturday October 15th. I am sure you can look up who our driver was, as unfortunately I can't remember her name . She was early, and helped us get everything in the car. She was friendly and went over the top to make sure that she was accomodating us and making sure that every detail was met to keep us happy.
As I have mentioned we have had some really great service over the years with mermaid limo however this driver made the drive for everyone perfect and helped complete my mom's special day.
As we own our own company I know how important it is for employees and owners alike to hear not only the negative but the postive aspects of the business. The driver of the stretch was amazing. Very courteous and attentive to the needs of the girls.
What particularly impressed me was when the driver hid under the pine trees so he would not be in the pictures being taken as the girls got out of the car. Thanks.
