Horrible customer service. Staff could care less about customers. Extremely rude and it was like I was such a burden. I'm so sorry I came to pick up my catalogue order... I didn't realize it would ruin your day. Anytime I called, the woman was completely horrible to me. When picking up my order, I was spoken to like a child. I knew my order was in because I had called earlier that day but when I got there, my order was nowhere to be found. I had to argue with the lady for about 10 minutes. FINALLY another lady came and found it in 2 seconds. The original woman went and hid behind a corner, only to throw snarky remarks my way. Staff is completely unaware of return policies, etc. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Very unimpressed and will never be ordering from Sears again.
