I made an appointment to have my tires changed and my rear breaks serviced. I phoned ahead to book the earliest possible time as this service should only take an hour to complete. I arrived at 6am only to be told that they would TRY TO HAVE IT BEFORE NOON. Really..... 6 hours to change my tires and look at my breaks? I know for a fact that a high school shop class can take a motor completely apart in less time. Why did I bother making the appointment if my car was just going to sit around for hours NOT BEING SERVICED.
Thank you for messing up my entire schedule for the day. Absolutely the worst service I've ever received and I have to keep dealing with them because it's a lease. Awesome.
