GO ELSEWHERE, these people dont care...

Although the purchase of my new 300 started out well. The customer service after and the performance of the vehicle after was so horrible that I would not recommend anybody to any Dilawri. Not only did the warranty sold to me not cover what it was supposed to, I was also overcharged in my first billing and completely ignored by three managers over phone and email until my complaints got loud enough. This experience has ruined any chance of me EVER buying another Chrysler product, and has ended any chance of my family and friends stepping into any Dilawri autogroup. I've only had my car for 4months and looking to get rid of this luxury automobile. Go to Myers Group, i've never had a car from there but at least they understand and want to help customers.
