Good Experience

I used this company recently for a pick up/drop off to/from Buffalo Airport. Was charged $89 ($85+$4 tolls). I had 2 separate taxi drivers to and from the Airport and they were both quite friendly and punctual. They made my trip easier by having a meetup/drop off point in St. Catharines instead of going all the way to Niagara Falls. I also appreciate being charged in CAD rather than USD.

There for us in our time of need

We were in an unfortunate situation where our car was a total loss. Not having much to spend on a vehicle, we went to Erinwood Ford. Our salesperson Dheeraj was very helpful, friendly and even worked after hours to ensure we found the right car. The car we selected was fairly priced with low KMs. We liked the fact that there are no hidden fees or additional cost - just the selling price and the tax. This is the first dealership we have gone to where there is no pressure sales and you feel comfortable.

The saying is true that you get what...

Marta Tomsa took lots of pictures from getting ready until the end of the night. Unfortunately due to some camera malfunction, she lost most of our reception pictures taken from mid-way through the speeches until the the very end of the night. Therefore, the pictures of us cutting the cake, pictures with us and guests, garter/bouquet toss, mother/son dance, wedding bands pics..all were not captured. Fortunately we had a second photographer but he did not get half the pictures that she was supposed to since she was our main photographer. We would recommend in the future she carry extra equipment to prevent these issues.

Love it!

I had my wedding here and I would definately recommend it. There were little things that were discussed in the negotiations that were not executed on the wedding day but nothing that no one would have noticed or that would stop me from recommending this venue to other brides.

I give them a 4 out of 5 because one of the areas where the ball was dropped was I had a buffet dinner and part of the negotiations was for the guests to serve themselves except for the head table. This wasn't communicated to the banquet manager on duty and as a result, my bridal party had to serve themselves with the other guests. My husband and I would have had to serve ourselves as well if it wasn't for our coordinators who asked the banquet manager if they could at least have us served rather than go up for our meals.

The only thing that I would suggest to any future brides or anyone holding a venue here or anywhere is make sure everything that is discussed...

I didn't have the same experience...

Me and a few of my bridesmaids went to this store (Etobicoke location)looking for a birdal gown and bridesmaid dresses. I do agree that there is a wide variety in that store but they are under staffed! We went on a Friday and there were brides (including myself) taking dresses off of the racks and left to fend for ourselves by putting on these huge dresses and pinning them if necessary! One of my bridesmaids had to help me pin and try on the dresses and she was asked by another bride to help her get the dresses on! There were only two staff members working on a Friday which is their late day (they are open until 8pm). They should have more staff on high traffic days!

This is a big store and before going there, I was very excited because their website shows so many options but I left very disappointed because nobody was helping me and for that I would not recommend this store to future brides.

First of all I would like to thank you for taking time reviewing us. I am glad you found a wide variety in our store and liked the way our website organized. We are doing our best to provide the best customer service in our stores. Etobicoke location has should have 3 bridal consultants on Fridays to make sure all the brides receive the required attention. I think the day you visited was not a regular day as one of the consultant could not come to work because of the urgent personal issues. We could not replace this consultant with another in such short time and we truly apologize for that.
