I can't comment on their service for brides, but was treated so rudely while looking for a mother of the bride dress with my mom that I'll never be returning. We were left entirely to ourselves during the experience. I had to stand there holding the back of the dresses my mom tried on as the sales associate watched in the corner and didn't even bother to offer us clips or any assistance. We weren't impressed with the selection, though there was one dress we were considering coming back to see a second time. When asked for the style number (not even the price), the sales consultant look at us as if we had horns and told my mom "if you like the dress, you should just buy it now". No thanks!
