This company has the most incompetent disorganized people looking after their customers. Proper training should be given to their staff in order to intelligently answer questions. Don't bother trying to find out or plan what day they are coming for applications, as the standard answer is "your route is scheduled in the next week" and if you push for more information you'll be told in the next 3 days, but not see them until they are good and ready. I was constantly having to call to see why each application was not yet performed since the seasons were changing before they were done. They performed a chinch bug inspection and reported to water my lawn but did not apply the insect control that I paid for at that time. I had to call them the next day to get the control performed since the browning areas were crawling with chinch bugs, but even this took 1 week to address as they sent someone out to re-assess, without any control product, and then scheduled the application. I paid this company in Full at the beginning of the year and recieved the worst service I've ever had from any company. Good Luck to you that do not heed my warning about this company!
