I had problem with my garage door opener from Genie. The phone of Al Parsons Electronics provided me representative from Genie. When I called the first time to Al Parsons they say that technician's visit will be free. Technician said that circuit board should be replaced and it is still under warranty; he said that replace this board will cast me 85+tax. When I received circuit board and call them again they say that I should pay for the first visit 85+tax! and the installation will cast me 85+tax. The second time came another technician and said that his work should be free, it should be paid by Genie. However, I received invoice for the first visit $95 and then for the second visit $235!
For this many was possible to install a new door opener!
