Above and beyond
We recently were looking to buy a vehicle, but due to my past bankrupcy we had a hard time getting financed. We did some researching and found That Car Place and that was the best thing we ever did. Not only did they get us financing so we could re establish our credit and get us the vehicle that suits our budget, they recommended us to a much better insuance company that saves us money as well as told us to come back after a year of paying our monthly payments that they could refinance us a better rate as we just went through a bankrupcy.
I have to say they pretty much went above and beyond then other dealerships we have gone to. After all they did for us, I reffered my Aunt she was in the market for buying a vehicle and happy to say she was very pleased got her what she wanted within her budget a 08 Jeep Compass. Thank you for all you did for us.

Good luck with getting re financed. Call Omvic and ask, all dealers were made aware of this and warned about the practice of selling high percentage finance to sub prime buyers and telling them they can re finance in a year. You cannot!!! They sell you another high priced car.

OMVIC reminds all dealers and salespersons of their responsibilities under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) to conduct business with honesty and integrity and to be clear and truthful in describing the products, services, programs and prices connected with the vehicles sold; this includes representations made in relation to the financing dealers arrange for customers. Further, OMVIC reminds dealers of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) requirement that no dealer make a false, misleading, deceptive or unconscionable representation.
Recent national media attention has raised concerns about sub-prime financing in the automotive industry (see links below). The stories focus on credit-challenged consumers who purchased vehicles and had financing arranged by dealers. The consumers claim dealers told them they’d be able to renegotiate the high-interest rate loans after a year of payments. When consumers attempted to do this, the banks/finance companies refused as it was not allowed in the loan agreement. This has led to claims of dealer misrepresentation in describing the terms of the loans.
