I too am writing today to echo the sentiment shared by all here. Absolutely top shelf customer service from Takia - above and beyond. I shattered a lens in my expensive Ray Bans, sent them out and received them back even better than before for about $40.00 bucks! They also sent a new case, tightened the arms, shined everything up and also sent along a bunch of goodies likes wipes and cleaners and a spare lens. Thanks for everything! Marty A Vancouver , BC
