We weren't expecting buying a used car to be such a positive experience - but they really went above and beyond. The salesperson (Jennifer Oldford) was amazing to deal with and went out of her way to make sure every detail was taken care of. The service didn't stop once the deal was signed.. we had a couple of minor issues afterwards, and even a week or so later, they were happy to help us. They really seem to have a lot of pride in their dealership and put a lot of effort into maintaining their reputation. We plan on buying our next car from Jennifer :o)
Very unhappy with his services. More expensive than some of the registered home inspectors we later found (he is not registered).
Can't say much more since he threatened to sue me when I wrote a TRUE account of my experiences with him! What happened to actually providing good service to maintain your reputation instead of threatening customers so they keep quiet?
