I have been a long time client at the salon but the last 2 times was not a good experience. The last time, Ricki cut my hair way too shorter than I had wanted. However, I didn't freak out as I embraced the change. This time, I am so so depressed and unhappy with what he did. I asked him to trim my hair with long layers. He started snipping with his scissor but I didn't realize until i came home when I ran my fingers through my scalp that he literally snip off a lot of my long hair right to the scalp or root in few bunches all over back of my head. That is his way of getting rid of the thickness of my hair. He did keep the length but in order to get rid of the volume which I asked him to keep the volume, he literally cut off my hair underneath right to the root. All i feel now is stubbles on my scalp. Whatever he did is beyond repair. I am so furious and i am yet to go speak to him about this. Please do not go to him unless u would like a bad experience. I trusted him with my hair and this is what he did :-(
