I occasionally visit Mr Lube when in the need of an overdue oilchange. Recent events at this location have left me regretting I visited here. I once requested the ball joints on my Caravan be greased. A few days later when I was changing the brake pads I noticed all the tie rod ends and ball joints had been over filled w/grease and had burst the rubber packing. All had to be replaced. Then I brought my Honda - I know "fool me once..."- and after I declined numerous offers of service work including changing my transmission fluid that I had done recently- the tech even showed me burnt tranny fluid on my dipstick that miraculously disappeared when I checked it later- I arrived home and smelled coolant. Thinking the tech must have spilled some I drove the next day and discovered a pinprick hole in the top of the rad casing that a mechanic indicated may have been deliberately set. Caution- if you decline the offers of parts replacement and fluid flushing you may be at risk of further damage to your vehicle!
