Living in a few big cities and dealing with a variety of companies, if they can get it right, how the hell does a company with such a centralized customer base manage to get it WRONG time and time again?
I avoid the Purolator if possible but sometimes my customers choose to use them or UPS (which for some reason has contracted Purolator Nanaimo) even though I try to persuade them otherwise...

DON'T USE PUROLATOR IN NANAIMO. You may as well flush your package down the toilet as there is a better chance your party will receive it.
