Kevin was here to fix our washing machine and instead of just putting the parts back together again as most would have done, he instead checked out all possibilities that might have caused the leak. Along with that he gave complete instructions for keeping our machine in perfect condition so as to avoid possible future problems. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful a real GEM!!!
