We just visited Ottawa and used Sovereign to take our folks out for dinner. The car was a surprise and of course mom complained that it cost too much.
Fred who drove us was so amazingly helpful and polite.
Sovereign was recommended to us by a friend who uses them for their vip guests.

We found these guys on the internet and purchased some wax seals for our Christmas cards.
I called and spoke to a fellow named Rick about 4 times and he was so helpful and professional. I forgot what personal sevice was until I called this company.
For our little $100 order they were fantastic to deal with and the seals were amazing, I think we have started a new family tradition using these seals

I just visited their website (& marked it in my favs for future reference). Wow, what an awesome idea for a business! I couldn't believe all the different things they offer, including even 'cookie stamps". How cool is that?
This is a great destination, we can't be in Ottawa without visiting.
The garlic sauce is amazing and the fresh cheese breads on the bakery side are to die for.
I'll check it out over Christmas. We are going to Ottawa and I've yet to try Shwarma.
We recently visited the Kanata location and it was terrible.
The food was bad, the service was sloppy even with less than ten clients they were slow. Their credit card machine wasnt working, there were flies everywhere.
It is a bad Lone Star wannabe...I suggest you go to the Lone Star.
I even wrote to the head office as I know one of the owners and he didn't even have the decency to write back. So this is what he gets for not caring about his franchisees

These guys have been around for 15 years now and still impress. us every time we go.
They are famous for their poutine which is not for me but we always see giant plates of it served (even for breakfast)

1st, their contract is completely illegal, read the back...they must winterize the pool or your warranty is no good (crap!)
Our concrete is all cracked, he came with a tube of caulking to fix it and said that is all he would do. Our heater didnt work for a month due to bad instructions and location
The best was the "final" bill for "extras" he made up thousands of dollars in extra BS and demaded payment or he would take us to court.
These guys are crooks !

You know, reviews like this are every bit as important as the glowing ones. When I use sites like this, not only am I looking for clues as to which businesses I should be hooking up with, I'm also looking for clues about businesses I need to avoid.
