Found Don Chen pleasant and professional. Where repair is recommended, he takes the time to explain what the present condition is, what work would be required to correct the problem and all the costs that would be incurred.
There were no surprises and Don and the company fully met my expectations.
I have dealt with Don Chen before and I have always found him to be upfront and honest even under difficult circumstances. Also, he has proven that where he feels the customer has a case, he is prepared to fight for the customer.
