I had to wait about two weeks to get a spot to Beck to do a work on my X3 2007 car. The reason I am using this car shop repair: Its the closest to my home and its recognized by Lubrico, my warranty company (I bought this car last year together with this warranty). Prior to the appointment time I contacted Beck with my concerns about the car and how the warranty coverage goes (as they are a recognized supplier). I was told to contact Lubrico directly as they don't manage this warranty. Fine, I did it and found the items I asked for to be fixed are covered and I informed Beck as well. At the day of the repair I was surprised they didn't do anything about the work I asked them to do, they didn't informed me about the work status (despite they promised that - I had to call them at the end of the day to find out the status of my car), but they contacted the warranty body (where previously they said I am in charge to talk with) about another issue (not related at all with the first one), that I was not aware of and not previously informed about. They took this new issue as the reason why they didn't fix the issue that I brought the car for (?). My car is still with them, so more to come...
