Your supervisory skills are lacking in everyway shape and form.
I only know a few people that use your "business" and they are honest and hard working. I doubt that you would be capable of pulling your body out of bed at 2am in the morning so that you could walk 2km to your "business" so you would be one of the first 10 people at the door hoping to get picked so you could make ends meet.
I agree there are some people like you that don't like the job.
Be proactive and fix the problem instead of taking out your pent-up angry on people.
