HAD VERY BAD experience with Oliver...
I had a VERY BAD experience. His name is Oliver Gomes who inspected my home. This guy is fraud and forgery. I was with him all the time during inspection. He didn't check most of major things but claimed in his report that he inspected. He didn't check roof, windows, and appliances. I spent more than $1000 to fix my appliance right after moving in. Luckily seller paid some of the money. I asked him specifically you didn't check the windows and roof when he said inspection in over. He lied to me there itself that he checked all of them. But he didn’t, I was accompanying him all the time during the inspection, I know what he checked and touched. He was only focusing on getting $300 from me and ran away. He also told me that he is giving warranty for what he inspected. After we moved in we found that fireplace is not working at all. When I discussed with him about this he said there is no warranty for what he checks and he was very unprofessional during communication. This guy is some kind of jerk and not a professional, not a nice person. He checks nothing just wants to rob your money in the name of inspection. He was on his personal call most of time and talking some non-sense and prizing about himself... Don’t hire this person if you are serious and want your house to be inspected by a true and honest professional.
