I got a new nail set and two days after a nail broke, I was out of the country and could not go back immediately, I went after one week and the lady who did my nails Helen was on holiday, the receptionist asked some one else to fix it. She looked so annoyed by the time I sat infront of her and started chopping the nail, she removed the nail so haphazardly and my real nail was damaged and was bleeding. She did not care when I stopped her and asked to just clean it up. She refused to clean it and said we don't do that. I asked to shape the other nails as well she stopped what she was doing "you need to pay $10" I said money is not the matter having healthy nails are important. Very rude and inconsiderate. I will never go back to this place. I am in so much pain and need to get medication to heal the nail.
I got waxing done too when I was there at the first time, it was a nightmare, the room at the back is not clean, the bed is dirty, wires running every where and so risky. DON'T go to this place...you are risking your health.
I am not sure how The Coquitlam Center Adminstrator are allowing the owner to run this place the way there are running it.
