I had a terrible shopping experience with this store. I purchased a diamond ring and when I went to pick it up after being sized it was too big and the bottom looked like yellow gold not white. It has been buffed and re-plated and that still didn't fix the problem. It is a new ring and should not have marks or be tarnished looking. I left 4 messages for the owner to contact me and they never did. I received no help from the store staff and was met with rudeness. There is no help after you make your purchase from this store so I would strongly suggest shopping elsewhere especially if you are spending a large sum of money.
