i was disappointed. i had ok color by jennifer but found her to be off-putting and rude. the stylist told me she couldnt cut my hair the way i wanted it (i just moved to the area and wanted a touch up of the cut i have). When the stylist repeated that she couldnt give me the cut i wanted being nervous i said i would do color. i brought it up to jennifer and she said the stylist was trying to tell me nicely that i have a mullet. and that if she cut a bad haircut like that she would not be allowed to work in the salon and additionally that it looked like someone in hair school did it. i told her i really liked it that it worked for me and i recently was complimented on it. i felt i had to justify what i wanted which you should never ever have to at a salon. you are the customer. the color she did was ok but i have definitely had better and there are dye marks on my forehead and around my ears. not returning thats for sure.
