Both owner & staff are incompetent. I brought my glasses in to adjust many times and it's always loose or the nose pad digs into my nose. They claim that they can't adjust the pad & because the frame is plastic it is normal that it will loosen often (as often as every wk?!?!). They also damaged my lenses many times and frame while adjusting. Although they've been around for awhile & have expanded, it's a shame that they can't perform basic duties of an optical store. All who have heard of my horrific experiences with Ivan are avoiding it like a plaque!
