I booked a cab for 7:40am to take me to work for 8am. I called three times that morning after 7:40 asking where my cab was, they told me that they had to find a car to come pick me up and 2 of the 3 employees hung up on me. So needless to say I was not happy and didn't want to be late for work for 8am; but because my cab was late (it didn't show up until 8:10am) very late considering I had booked the time the night before and they said that everything would be good; which was not the case. When I finally called the company the 3rd time the employee actually told me why they had not found me a car to come get me is because they were behind (the first 2 employees never told me why just that they were getting a car to come). I was very frustrated with this company and their timed services (and was finally told when I called the 3rd time that morning when the cab was already late that times are never guaranteed). The only good thing is that the driver was very courteous and carried my suitcase from the house into the van and into my destination building. I will not use this company again.
