I have given this jewellery store three tries. First off aside from the owner being rude and pushy their prices are astronomical compare to other stores. Today she quoted me $50 to solder a link in my gold chain and she falsely told me another link closer to the lobster ring needed to be soldered also. When I thanked her for the quote and she realized I was not going to have them do it she abruptly said "whatever" and marched off. I went else where in Langley and was quoted $15-$18 to do the same job and a pick up of this Friday. That's a huge price difference. Excel had told me at the earliest 7 days, even though they have an onsite jeweller. To top it off the link near the lobster ring is in perfect condition and does not need to be done. DO NOT USE THESE RIP OFF AND RUDE PEOPLE
