I've had a great experience over the years with Jim Keay and specifically Dave Charter. I've bought an escape, a fiesta and now a focus and the experience has always been great. Although problems with cars is always frustrating, overall I've been happy with the service I receive as well. I've recommended Dave to friends who have also been happy with their experience.
