THE TRUTH
Some Staff just don’t get it with this company. I am one of those staff who tried to Unionize Protegra Inc. and am still here. When I started to work here, I realized that what I was doing was wrong and went to Management and told them what was going on. And I am still here. I am still here, because I realize and I get it what the company is trying to do. All the company cares about IS the client and the staff. I have even helped in the head office and have seen staff try to take advantage of this company and especially with the woman you talk about. I have seen staff lie and play their weird games. All this company wants staff to do is do their work and care about the people they work with and for. Staff don’t have to gossip, and believe that gossip. That’s what you are doing, you are writing about gossip. What I have learnt working with this company and head office is unless you were there, you don’t know what ACTUALLY happened. I have seen Staff come and go and for lots of good reasons. I have worked with some of these staff and know first hand why they aren’t here anymore, and it has made my job as a caregiver easier so I can pay attention to my client. If you are/were one of them, thanks for leaving, now I can concentrate on my client and not have to worry about coming to work in a negative environment! It’s staff that causes problems, management is just there to make sure that you do your job. And by the way........ the lady you talk about...... there was a reason why she was nominated for Woman of the Year by staff and clients!
