We are in the midst of putting in a new kitchen and two new bathrooms and highly, highly recommend Kim at Factory Tile Depot in Oakville. Although we started out with a designer's inspiration board plan, Kim steered us to fabulous tiles for the floors, shower walls, backsplashes, and new kitchen countertops that are worthy of a magazine and brought a dream kitchen and bathrooms to fruition. It was really reassuring when I spoke to the tradespeople we found and suppliers for other materials that they all highly recommended Factory Tile Depot and said that is where they shop for themselves. The whole staff at Factory File Depot is so welcoming, friendly and they made numerous phone calls with a supplier to get a certain backsplash I wanted for the next morning and even offered to go pick it up for me in another city. They were very willing to store all the floor tile until we needed. Can't say enough great things about this company and I'll add pictures to the review when the work is all finished.
